Plastic Products is the oldest producer of retired Longaberger basket protectors. It came about through an employee that had been a dental technician familiar with making impression mold of teeth.  He applied this knowledge to production molds to make plastic basket protectors and basket liners for his wife's valuable basket collection.

Now Longaberger and others are making protectors for their line of baskets, and this process is called thermoforming.  Plastic Products has been using this process for 33 years.

We have produced protectors for several basket-weaving companies.  Some of these include; Love Baskets, Peterboro Baskets, American Tradition Baskets, Blue Hen Baskets, Henn Workshops, Diamond Traditions, First State Baskets, Mapletree Baskets, and other.  We ship plastic basket protectors and basket liners to individuals and companies throughout the United States on a daily basis.
